It's been 40 years since the original Pettit+Sevitt closed its doors. And there are still no other project home companies that have won as many awards from The Royal Australian Institute of Architects. We are also the only company that has a permanent archive of our designs in the Powerhouse Museum. The great news for project home buyers looking for a more sophisticated level of design is we're back to raise the bar once again. Several new designs by world-renowned architect Ken Woolley are now available, including the Hillside - a brand new model developed specifically for sloping sites - and new millenium versions of the modernist cult classics, the iconic Lowline and Split Level. As always, they are simple, functional, stylish yet surprisingly affordable houses that use space cleverly (as opposed to just a lot of space). To minimise heating and cooling costs, not to mention the cost to the environment, natural sunlight and cross-ventilation are used to maximum effect. If you'd like to view design drawings or arrange a site inspection, please e-mail or call us. You may not have owned an original Pettit+Sevitt but you can be amongst the first to live in one of the best project homes ever since.
