Pettit+Sevitt Marketing Pty Ltd is a company owned and run by Val Sevitt, widow of co-founder Ron Sevitt, and her immediate family.
WHAT DOES PETTIT+SEVITT DO?
We work with Australia’s leading architects to develop distinctive yet affordable home designs in the modernist style, that are suited to the Australian lifestyle, climate and landscape. Pettit+Sevitt has recently collaborated with renowned architects PopovBass to bring you a new range of modular home designs. Together with our designated licenced builder, we will guide you through the process of building your new home.
WHY GO WITH PETTIT+SEVITT?
When you buy a Pettit+Sevitt home, you are getting a high-quality home designed by one of Australia’s leading architects, without the considerable expense and time involved in commissioning a one-off design.
HOW DOES PETTIT+SEVITT CHARGE?
You are not required to make any direct payments to Pettit+Sevitt. Our fee is included in the cost of building your new home. It is paid to us by our builder at certain stages during the building process, for the use of the design. Prior to building commencement however, you may be required to pay a design development fee to our architects for adapting the design to your site.

Highline 4 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms/2 cars. Gross building area 399.7m2. Suitable for level sites.
Leanline 3 Bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms/2 cars. Gross Building Area 343.2m2. Suitable for narrow sites.

WHO WILL BUILD YOUR NEW PETTIT+SEVITT HOME?
All new Pettit+Sevitt homes are built by our designated licensed builder.
