Call us to discuss your situation and requirements. Where is your site? How many rooms do you need? What is your budget?
Step 2
SITE CHECK
Our architect and builder will carry out a preliminary check of your site to confirm which Pettit+Sevitt design is suitable.
Step 3
DESIGN OVERVIEW
Meet with our architect to view the most appropriate design options for your site, depending on whether it's level, sloping or narrow.
Step 4
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We’ll present images of your preferred design on your site and help you choose internal and external finishes.
Step 5
DESIGN VIEWING
We'll present fully rendered images of your preferred design on your site based on your choice of materials, as well as a base quotation.
Step 6
DETAILED PLANS
We'll develop detailed plans and a final quotation. Once approved, we'll lodge a DA or CDC (Complying Development Certificate).
Step 7
BUILDING CONTRACT
We'll prepare and ask you to read and sign your HIA Building Contract and Builder Specification.
Step 8
CONSTRUCTION
We'll begin building your new Pettit+Sevitt home and meet with you on-site to review progress at important stages along the way.
Step 9
INSPECTION
When the house is finished, our builder will carry out a full inspection and provide you with a complete report.
Step 10
HANDOVER
We’ll meet you one final time to officially welcome you to your new home, handover the keys and give you an Occupation Certificate.
